As we know health is very important in our life. Without health we can't do anything. So friends we have to know how to improve our health . If we want to change or improve our health we should change our day-to-day life styles and habits. Life style change's like add green leafy vegetables in diet and habits change's like wake up at early morning , do exercises , meditation and take sunbath .
Sunbath :- Sunbath means take sunshine at early morning on the skin everyday atleast for 20 to 30 minutes ;15 minutes on front side and other 15 minutes on back side .
By doing above all those things we can improve our health as well as improve our immunity power .By improvment of immunity power we can fight against foreign bodies like corona virus.
