• Get enough sleep every day ( For deep sleep need to avoid mobile phone atleast before 1 hour of sleep and do meditation )
• Drink warm water
•. Take green leafy vegetables
•. Avoid smoking , drinking alcohol
•. Take sunbath at early morning other wise evening (what is sunbath ? See below )
•. Take fresh food
• Intake of more vitamin C rich foods
•.Take fresh fruits
• Do exercises everyday atleast for 1 hour
• Do meditation every day
• Add nutritional supplements
• Avoid depression and stress by doing yoga and meditation .
• Always hand wash before and after taking food
• Be aware about all habits and behaviours ,
* Sunbath :-
Sunbath is the natural medicine for us by which we can improve our health and immunity power . Take sunbath atleast for 30 minutes ( in front side 15 minutes and back side other 15 minutes ) . Should wear loose white cotton clothes . Sunbath should take before 9 am otherwise evening time .
